The Research Valley Technology Alliance is a nonprofit organization committed to promoting and supporting technology-oriented businesses and organizations in the seven county area know as Research Valley (Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Leon, Madison, Robertson, & Washington counties).
The RVTA has dedicated its efforts to technological and commercial expansion. Its mission is to achieve the following:

Promote new and existing technology-oriented businesses and organizations

Provide a cohesive technological infrastructure

Leverage local resources to meet common community needs
Strategy & Services
By working with local businesses, government agencies, and The Texas A&M University System, the RVTA offers numerous services and networking opportunities including the following:

Networking events including sponsored luncheons with guest speakers

Renewable database of core competencies and resources of technology-oriented members.

Seminars and workshops on business development, such as the following:

Corporate planning

Investor relations

Media promotion

Capital referral
How to Join
Membership in the RVTA is open to any person or business in the Research Valley. Membership dues are as follows:
- $75 for technology companies
- $40 for non-profit organizations (including educational)
- $150 for affiliates (i.e., service providers)
